As of yesterday (8-03-2012), I have no signal.

Yesterday, at about 11:00 AM, my signal went out and I've yet to get it back. I live in the Rocky Point, NC area and I never have a problem with signal. All of a sudden it's gone for my husband and myself. I have a friend who lives about 6 miles away and her ST phone works fine. Can I get some help with this?
