Extremely slow data speeds, multiple phones.

Hello, for the past several months I have been getting extremely slow data speeds using your service on multiple phones. I know it isn't a service area issue as my roommate uses the same service (even with the same phone for a period and has had no issues). This has occurred on both my old micro SIM cards and now currently is taking place in a new phone with a nano SIM card. I currently use a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact that I registered through your BYOP service and can only achieve download speeds of .04 to .1mb/s despite always showing a high speed data connection (4g, or H+ icons). My APN settings are updated per your own company's suggestions and I'm out of ideas at this point.

Hey everyone just in case this came up for anyone else, I had a data block. For some reason several of Straight Talk's assistants could not help me (how they miss that I don't know) until one named Angel came through and removed it. The block had been applied for several months without any cause and it is believed to have been a result off the auto-refill option not working properly.

But hey I got a half month of free service for my several months of difficulties and buying a new phone (because I assumed the old one was broken) so that's cool I guess.

I am having the same very low data speed. I am well below my data limit. Have called many times, calls last an hour and the technician says hang up and restart the phone. Problem is not fixed please help. I have galaxy s4 from straight talk. It's very frustrating .
