I have had my phone for about a month and a half now. Every Friday, the mobile data quits working. I can still send/receive mms, but there is no data connection. Every time it does this, I live chat with straight talk and they fix it in a few minutes and then tell me that it will never happen again. Yet it happens, 100 percent guaranteed, every single Friday night.
Regardless, I go on my Saturday morning ritual to the straight talk website to get my phone working, and the live support button is gone. So my mobile data doesn't work and I cannot get it fixed because they are not there.
Remind me to turn off my auto pay and go back to verizon.
