I just got my number transferred from Verizon yesterday. Mobile internet has been down ever since I transferred. I powered my phone on/off several times. Wifi, call/text all work fine.
I see per the downdetector.com site, there's a huge outage around chicago and southwest Michigan. I'm located in Schoolcraft, just south of Kalamazoo, mi.
A. what do I have to do to get mobile wireless and B. how can straighttalk justify having these huge mobile wireless outage areas?
