Unable to make or receive phone calls

Hello, I've been with ST for about 18 months with no issues. My wife has been with ST for about 3 or 4 months, also problem free. However, around 10AM Central Standard time, neither of us were able to make or receive calls. I use a Nexus 5 and she uses a One plus One. The fact that we both have the same issue and use different types of phones indicates that the issue is not a hardware issue of any sort. What can I do? Also, texting and internet (broadband and wifi) work fine.

I'm in Central TX, about 150 miles directly south of Dallas or 70 miles directly north of Austin.
