"SPOT" Connect

I have a SPOT Connect that I want to use when I am out of the cell service areas. SPOT sends sms messages and requires the name of the wireless carrier. I've searched everywhere for who the carrier is for straight talk and can not find one that matches the list given by SPOT that I have to pick from. Their list contains 42 wireless carriers and straight talk nor trac phone is on that list. Is there a compatible carrier that I can pick?
