Weak Signal or No Signal

I have not had phone service for over a week now. This only happens when I get within a 1-3 mile radius around my home. Once I get out of that 1-3 mile radius around my home, my phone service works. I have had service with ST for about 3 years and only ever had this problem 1 time before. There are 2 ST phones at this residence and they are both doing the same thing. I need a solution!!! Please help!

I just bought a LG Access because the coverage map shows excellent coverage where I'm staying for about the next six months. I don't have any cell signal. Sometimes I get one bar, then it quickly goes away. I cannot use my phone at all. I'm in Havana, Arkansas.

We just bought an Iphone 5C from Wal-Mart (Straight Talk Phone) and activated it last week. We have no service at home and previously had Verizon phones with service that was fine. We took the phone to Wal-Mart and they told us it is an At&t phone and that's why we have no service.
