zte majesty signal drop to 1x when making or receiving calls

I have straight talk zte majesty. Yesterday it began dropping to 1x service when making or receiving calls which makes me miss calls all together which is detrimental to my health as I am chronically ill and need to be able to actually receive calls from my doctor. What's the fix? I do not have an alternate number so when I call support they say they can't help without alt #.

I have tried taking battery out with phone on then power back on. didnt work. tried dialing *22890. Didn't work. Reset phone. Didn't work please help. I keep getting kicked off of your chat server without a ticket number so i am just going in circles
