iPhone 5C Verizon or AT&T?

iPhone 5C Verizon or AT&T?

I'm looking into buying an iPhone 5C on ST, but was wondering if it would run off of Verizon or AT&T towers? Only Verizon will work in my area, and I saw in some online reviews that it was running from AT&T.
