My data was throttled early during my pay cycle. My new cycle starting 9/18 and was paid for through the automatic renewal, but my LTE has never returned. I have an iPhone 5
Without blasting the agents that "helped" me, as I have saved the convos, I would like to know if anyone has ever experienced this or is currently experiencing this. I am in and around NYC everyday
P.S.: I have deleted and reinstalled the Straight Talk profile over 9000 times, Enable LTE is 100% checked, Data Roaming is OFF, attempted this on both i0s7 and ios8
I cannot deal with the "3G" service any longer, as it is definitely not 3G speeds and is essentially useless other than to send standard media-less text messages.
Seriously contemplating making the move to TMobile after research on the customer service ST provides, or lack there of. I can get the exact same $45 plan except it includes free music streaming from select music streaming apps (pandora, spotify, etc) so I do not see the use the purpose of staying here. The hassle to switch is the only thing stopping me and before this issue, I was very pleased with my service.
