I have EXTREMELY SLOW data on my Iphone

I recently bought an At&t Iphone 5s to use on my straight talk account. Before i was using a iphone 4s and the data speeds were fine. I did go over the data limit last month so i know that you guys started throttling me, but now 5 days after paying my bill my 4gLTE data is still extremely slow. I just want the data to be fast like it was on my 4s. Please let me know what to do.
