Hi concernedman. Your nearest tower location is 1.3 miles, so that is very good coverage. The second tower location is 6.4 miles. If you will purchase the phone at Walmart, we do not refund that. You can only ask for the refund at the store. If you will purchase the phone via online store or through customer service, you can ask for a refund as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase. Thanks!

I was wondering one last thing. What is the difference between the straight talk android coverage versus the Net 10 android coverage? Why does Straight talk offer service to the 41268 zip code while net 10 does not? Both companies use sprint service towers and both are powered through tracfone so why the difference in cell service coverage?

I did finally resolve the dispute over coverage. It was the ignorance of the net 10 question answering person. She overlooked the first post of the 2 zip codes. So now I have 1 last question. Why is the LG Optimus Q not sold in walmart stores in the 41240,41501, or the 41653 zip codes? Do all of these local zip codes not have android coverage?
