Reactivate SIM card?

Hi, I ported out my number to T-Mobile in order to buy a phone. Can I re-port the same number back to the ST SIM? It will be less than 30 days.

Yes I would like to go ahead and port the number back to straight talk from T-mobile. It's the same number I was using on the BYOD at&t sim before, can I reuse?
