Question about number porting status

I've tried calling and online chat, as well as searching for where to check on the status on porting my number. I am porting a number from AT&T and more worried I delayed the process when I called ATT to drop the line it was attached to, with it being fully dropped on July 11th.

I've done the whole activation shibang and got a few of the texts from the 611611 number, but it pulled up TracFone.
