Canceled port, still pending

Canceled port, still pending

Postby the_neon_cowboy » Wed Mar 11, 2020 9:42 pm

Since our circumstances recently changed we where changing carriers and plans. I started to go with straight talk home phone and started the port process but did not have the correct account info. It was late and the weekend would have wait to call both them and you. I just had the phone number didn't realize there was a separate account number so I had gave my phone number as the account number. Anyways in the time we decided to keep my mobile and just go to cricket. We called and canceled the port-in and returned the device.

Long story short countless days and hours on the phone with straight talk, at&t and cricket. We have called you several times told our request was canceled and we found out it was not. Finally got a forwarded to a guy the set on the phone and say he said the number canceled everything out for us. should be canceled immediately. Our the box showed back up in the account online an inactive and I removed it from the account for good measure. (Previously it disappeared when the activation/port was started ).

Tried my port again told by cricket to wait 24 hours for things to clear 24 hours later they tried again. Here we are 48 hours later being told the system will not let them as it is still showing a port request from straight talk
AT&T and Cricket cant seem to do anything about it since its straight talks request causing the issue.

I’m done calling PLEASE help
