Bring Your Own Phone/Activating SIM issues

I got the byop activation kit, and can't even use it. None of the Sims will work with my phone so I am trying to find a way that I can get my money back so I spent $78 on the activation kit and it don't work. So I would like to be reimbursed my money I spend. Cuz I'm not going to pay for something I can't use. Sincerely Amanda Rust

I currently have ST service, with a Samsung Galaxy S3 that is also a ST phone. I am wanting to transfer my service (with the balance) to an older AT&T phone. When I called Customer Service, they said I needed a new SIM. I received it in the mail yesteday, but online when I try to transfer the service, I keep getting error messages saying it's not a ST phone. Well, duh,I don't know what to do. Plz help.
