pending transaction?

Same thing happened to me. I tried to port my number..i had a prepaid $45 card. Portlet became unresponsive. My account info said i need to pay with credit card...what I ended up with is NO credit for the $45 prepaid card (system says it's already been redeemed), and a new phone number rather than the one I wanted to port. Not good. please help.

I bought a straight talk phone and $30 activation card and after going to the website and inputting all the info all it says is transaction pending. I've tried to call the number they tell me to call several times but each time I can't seem to get anywhere
