I've had the exact same problem. I've been using straight talk for months and been very happy up until now. recently my phone broke and i decided to go with the BYOP sim card on an ATT HTC One. I was told it was fully compatable and order the sim. Long story short, activated the phone and thought everything was fine until I found out that I wasn't receiving calls or text. Called customer service and you guys are a joke. "Turn your phone off and back on" didn't work, "lets factory reset your phone" didn't work. Well everything is "provisioned" correctly on our end. We will send you a new sim card. LOOK AT ALL THE PEOPLE HAVING THIS PROBLEM! You would think by now with all these people having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM that you people would know how to fix it. I can't wait on a new sim card. I have a son under 2 years old and my wife is leaving tonight and now I dont have a working phone. I called back and talked to a manager who told me that sending me a new sim card was all they can do. I told him I'd like a refund for the sim card i wasted money on and was informed that there are no refunds for the BYOP sims. I told him if thats the case I can go to all the major news outlets and let them know just how "STRAIGHTTALK" treats their customers and he told me to go ahead that I would get no refund in broken english. If this isn't resolved before my wife leaves tonight and I have to go out and buy a new phone, it WILL be with a different provider, and I will be going to EVERY SINGLE MEDIA OUTLET I CAN CONTACT and let everyone know NOT TO USE STRAIGHT TALK because they obviously are just interested in your money and not providing good service.
