I have the same issue. Just bought a refer s4 directly from straight talk and I can make outgoing calls but I cannot receive incoming calls. Please respond soon because I am going out of town today and would like to get the resolved.

This is the same thing that is happening with my phone now. I switched from my straight talk phone to an unlocked phone earlier today and my straight talk phone is still on and working but so is my unlocked phone the only thing is I can't receive incoming calls I can make calls but when you call my phone it goes straight to voicemail I was on the phone with straight talk all day and they finally told me I have to call back in the morning and talk to a supervisor. I asked if the reason was because the other phone still active they said yes so I went on my account online and deactivated my old phone and removed it from my account but it still works. someone please help or tell me how they fixed your problem

the same exact thing is happening to me now. I bought an unlocked phone and received it yesterday I had my number transferred over I can make calls, text and get on the internet but I cannot receive calls when someone tries to call my phone it goes immediately to voicemail. but the phone that I transferred from is working perfectly I called straight talk yesterday and I was on the phone for an hour and a half and spoke to 4 different peoplethey said that the air was that my other phone was still activated but they couldn't help me so I have to call back today I've already tried deactivating the phone on my account and removing it and it still hasn't worked. can you tell me how they fixed your problem or is a problem was ever resolved.

I'm having the same problem... I cannot send/receive texts from over half of the people I text, and I cannot receive calls from anyone. I can make calls and use data. I'm very very frustrated after multiple calls to straight talk with no help. Changed APN settings, factory reset phone, restarting phone every couple hours... none of it works. I've been doing this for over a week now. If I don't get it fixed by cob today I'm heading to the AT&T store after work to get a new provider that actually provides.
