My phone was disconnected a couple of days ago because of change of an addressor my CC, I tried to refill the same day and keeps giving me this error "The phone number you entered doesn’t belong to a Straight Talk phone" and its also giving me errors online. I call Costumer support and the rep didn't know much about the issue.

I just purchased the byop pack after the website told me that my phone was compatiable. Then getting home and after inserting the sim into my phone learning that the phone was not compatiable. Now i would like a refund for this useless package that i just bought

I am getting the same error: "The Phone Number you entered does not belong to Straight Talk. Please check the number and try again."

This is getting ridiculous! Why isn't there a solution POSTED ONLINE for this? Instead, reps tell you to take it private where you wait OVER A WEEK for activation. Guess what? This doesn't happen with other carriers. Maybe Straight Talk should send some techs over to the others and see why they don't have any issues.

I have tried adding the new SIM card to my account and I have tried activating it from the main page. As soon as it asks for the IMEI/MEID number, it gets stuck with "We're experiencing longer than normal wait times to verify your information. Please try back at a later time." Except... it's been doing this for almost a WEEK.

I really am about to say goodbye and go with another prepaid carrier. I may pay a little more, but the service will be there.
