Can't receive calls!

I am having the same issue. I got a sim card and transferred my existing service from an old phone to a new one and I have everything working but incoming calls. I can make calls, send and receive SMS, send and receive MMS, and Data is working fine.

Just transferred my Straight talk service to a different BYOP. It took 1 1/2 days to activate. Outgoing calls, all texts and voicemail was working properly. Then all of a sudden I am not able to make or receive calls. Incoming calls ring twice and go to voicemail. Outgoing calls are dropped. All texts are working properly. Please help me.
