samsung galaxy centura very slow

Just bought this phone a month ago. It has been so slow trying to load pages. Cannot watch a video because it freezes every 3-5 seconds and takes forever to come back. When i pull down the notification bar it takes about two minutes for anything to show up. The slowest straight talk phone I've had. Also, when I click on the number I want to call, and it should start dialing, it freezes up instead and says "call not sent" and at that same time it finally starts dialing it. Please help me fix this

Mine does the same thing... Even before I reach my data cap. I've done at least 3 factory resets, cleared cache partition, done countless battery pulls, tried *22890 , uninstalled and reinstalled apps.... Is there any hope to make this phone faster?

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I just ordered a new phone because my Centura is SO slow at loading pages...But maybe it can be faster? I've heard the memory is terrible in this phone, though I don't have a ton loaded on it. Thanks!
