NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!

Ok, got to 5 post, no response yet, over 30 minutes and called straight talk, on HOLD for 20 minutes?? I guess I am on my own. Paid for a phone and service, so far 2 days no phone use and activation still required and cannot use my phone. Stay away from straight talk if you want headaches.... If you can live without your cellphone for days on end go with straight talk.

Kinda the same walls I'm running into i paid 150$ for a phone with "unlimited" data just to be capped five days into the service. where are the moderators to approve my five posts.

I GUESS WE HAVE TO HOPE THAT WE NEVER HAVE A SERVICE OR PHONE ISSUE...BECAUSE THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT TAKE ALL DAY.
