I actually like straighttalk and have talked several family members and friends into switching. That been said, there customer service is awful and makes it hard to do anything at all. I dread times I actually need help, but do not have problems with the day to day use of my straighttalk plan. I am bummed they dont offer SIms for ATT phones anymore though. I had three peple ready to switch over and now they cant buy SIMs so they wont be going straighttalk.
