SO ..… I sent my post (6 in all so it SHOULD of passed the 5 post rule) and still cannot answer the PM I get this what I get when I try to answer it - We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature. - on top of that they want this: May I have your phone’s serial number/SIM card number/phone number? Thanks. - SIM card number really THIS IS ABOUR A SMART TALK iPhone 5 from WALMART - THEY ARE ON CDMA (Verizon's network) SO THER IS NO SIM - SO I DO NOT HAVE A SIM CARD NUMBER TO GIVE YOU - when ST tech support doesn't know we are all really in trouble…..
