Slow data speeds: is anyone's issue being addressed?

I see people posting on forums about having slow download but fast upload. All the reps are turning it into a private conversation. Are peoples peoblems getting addressed? If so post here with a solution!

I sure haven't had my data issues resolved at all. I gave "jessica_ST" my sim serial days ago and haven't heard anything back. I've had a problem with no data/slow data since the beginning of august and nobody can resolve it so far. Been through the reboot/remove sim/apn settings/delete cache/history things with the script monkeys about 10 times and haven't had any luck. My phone worked great for the first 29 days of service with no data issues and had 3mb/sec speed, now i'm lucky to have 10 kbps or data at all. I think it has to do with straight talks network and not my phone. Gonna switch back to AT&T and get an iphone 5 probably since i'm paying for data and can't use my phone.

hi all,
I have the same problem....I noticed this 3 weeks ago...data speed is 0 (zero) most of the time I am using wi-fi....I am waiting an answer from ST I did plenty of settings, but nothing...I believe my Sim is the problem... I do not know yet...
