I have been a straight talk customer for a long time. I've had little to no problems & love it; until buying my first Samsumg Galaxy Proclaim. I had this same issue Im having now. With no warranty and limited assistance, After not being able to fix it, I purchased my current Proclaim. As of yesterday, everything was perfect. I set it charging while I napped, I woke up to a small white circular symbol with a line through it (like a no smoking sign), found when I went to place a call a error message appeared with "No Mobile Service Available" I contacted customer support, manually reset my phone, they reset it, pulled the SD card, Replaced the SD card. No change...Verizon specialist was supposed to contact me & that didnt happen. As a single Mother who uses this phone as my only contact with school for emergencies, with all my business clients I clean for as my only income...Im paniking. I cant afford to spend another $200 on top of the $400 I've already spent, which doesnt include SD cards and Service Plans (one I currently cant use) Please someone help before I have to spend another day worrying about my daughter and my income
