Galaxy S3 data very slow

If a Straight Talk rep could please contact me to solve this problem I'd appreciate it. Setup was very easy, but data is now very slow. 128K download per Speed Test.

Hi peteak77. My name is Straight Talk John and I will try to help you. What website are you trying to visit that you're getting a slow internet connection? Are your browsing the web or streaming?

I'm using the Speed Test app to test my phone speed. I noticed that all websites and apps I visit on the phone operate very slowly though. This includes the facebook app. Google currents, feedly, google reader, etc.

I was not streaming. No youtube or netflix or anything like that. I didn't answer that before. Sorry.

I'm assuming that is the number I used to activate the account with that came with the sim card? I don't have those with me, just the phone numbers linked to the account. I can send those to you in a PM if you'd like? Is that sufficient? If not I can get that sim card number tonight. (I'd also appreciate it if you could check my wife's just activated phone too).

peteak77, phone number will help already. You may also get the SIM card number once you remove the SIM from your phone and check the card. Thanks!

I've also been having this same problem with this same phone (at&t Samsung Galaxy S III) since before I paid my monthly bill a week and a half ago, honestly this has been going on now for almost 3 weeks and every call to customer service does nothing, all they tell me is noon is peak hours and that I should try during another part of the day and I keep telling them that I am and they don't understand! Could you also help me?
