I purchased 2 ringtones from Straight Talk (one at a time) while logged into my Straight Talk account from my computer. Both ringtones came into my inbox on the phone as individual messages, but despite repeated attempts, the downloads continue to fail. How do I get a refund for the purchased ringtones?
