I have tried several times to purchase ringtones, but the process never seems to work. I havent' been charged and can't get the ringtones to download. Help!!

I purchased 2 different ring tones from Straight Talk while logged into my Straight Talk account from my laptop. Each ringtone purchase came in separately to the phone's inbox but neither one will download succesfully. How do I get a refund?

This is typical of the Straight Talk phones. They sing a great song for us to purchase the phone and then we realize we don't get any features like we are led to believe. I tried twice to download tones from the ST site and both came through to the phone but would never work. Even after I called customer service all they could do was refund my money.
Just wait until you are traveling and find out these phones have absolutely no roaming capabilities at all!

I have never had problem with roaming. My phone operates on the verizon network, and i have never been anywhere it would not work

I just purchased a ringtone/truetone through Straight Talk Web Mobile, about an hour ago, I've still haven't received my Message for the download, anyone knows how to re-download through the website????
