Visual Voicemail is a special feature of the phone and may not work with the network service. You can retrieve voicemail messages by dialing the 10 digits phone number from your iPhone. You can also try to retrieve voicemail messages from a landline. Just make sure to turn the phone off then call your 10 digit Straight Talk phone number. I hope it helps. Thank you.
