DELAYED AND UNRECEIVED TEXTS

Anyone else noticed delayed sending and receiving of text messages on Straight Talk?

I've had a few people comment that they didn't receive my text messages until quite a while later sometimes up to a day later. I've also noticed that sometimes I'll suddenly get texts from a whole bunch of people. I'm normally in 3-5 bar areas when this happens. I'll also suddenly receive texts right after I get a call. And sometimes the texts don't come thru at all. I have talked to straight talk customer service. I have been told to purchase a new phone, so I dropped $200 on a new phone. That didn't solve the problem. I was then told it was my SIM card. Activated the NEW phone on the NEW SIM, that didn't solve the problem. Straight Talk continues to tell me it is not anything to do with them, that it is solely all of the people that are texting me. That THEY are the ones with the problems, not Straight Talk. This is occurring with several different contacts who use several different networks. Straight Talk flat out has refused to help me anymore, stating it is not an issue on their end. PLEASE HELP. I'm so ready to just throw in the towel and give up.
