However, you can request for a copy of your Call Detail Records under special circumstances. For the list of required documents and instructions on how to get a copy of your Call Detail Records, please contact our Customer Care Hotline at 1-877-430-2355. For you convenience, our hotline number is open from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST, Monday to Sunday. Thank you.
