Phone keeps restarting and restarting

I have a ZTE Quartz and it keeps restarting at random times and I miss a lot of text messages ...and I have to turn it off completely and when I turn it back on I get a ton of missed messages...can you plz help me figure out what is wrong...I use my phone for my business and can't afford to miss texes...thank you

I am having the same issue! I have factory reset my phone 3 times and it seemed to have been fixed and in the last 2 days it is increasing in how often it re-boots itself. My alarm clock didn't go off this morning because it was rebooting! I thought the same thing that it probably just needed a software update, but apparently that isn't available at this time. Can someone please help? I love my phone! My first one got stolen and instead of upgrading I bought the same exact phone because I like it so much and I've only had this phone for a couple of months!
