ZTE Rapido.child disabled severl apps also DMR lock photo

Help a chil got their hands on my phone and disabled several apps that originally came installed
On my phone. I have checked all the ones that where disabled to see if I could enable them but there is no option to do so
. I also have an issue with my photo's, videos, and screenshots showing upon my gallery
With a lock on them with DMR and I am unable to open any of them
