ZTE phone keeps freezing

ZTE Z932l has been very erratic over the last two weeks. It seems to freeze up, cannot use any functions, must restart 4 or 5 times a day and battery seems to be in good condition. In addition I am constantly getting messages about "not enough storage for updates" yet it has a 32 GB card installed, yet it is as if the phone doesn't see it. I need help here.

OK, it's 4 months later and I still don't see any helpful ideas, did you fall asleep? If you don't have anything to say, why should i check my inbox/ Cuz that's what your message said to do....but there's nothing here
