Invalid service pin

I have straight talk service for my daughter already. I purchased her a iPhone 5c in place of her Galaxy5s and just want to use a new SIM card and keep her number. Yesterday I inserted a T-Mobile card but it kept reading no service so I was told to purchase an AT&T card. So I purchased a new kit and when I tried to transfer service to her number it says the pin is invalid and I just purchased it. I'm upset because I have paid all this money and I want her to keep her current straight talk number. Customer service didn't help at all. They gave me a ticket number and when I check the status the system doesn't even recognize the number. I have a receipt of my purchase of the new kit. I'm extremely upset and no one will help.
