straight talk with Google voice abroad

Hello,

I had to leave USA in a short notice and I wanted to keep my straight talk number alive and active so I registered to google voice service to be able to receive phonecalls if I don't have any GSM signal only wifi.
I set up everything but unfortunately it doesn't work. I can make phone calls but I can't receive any because If someone calls me I get the message
"I'm sorry, but the person you are calling has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet" It would be really important for me to be able to receive phonecalls.

Could you suggest me a solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance
Simon
