slow data

I just refilled my data on March 2nd and ever since then my data is extremely slow and I wasn't able to send MMS text. I was able to fix the MMS issue myself after calling ST customer service several times just to be taken through the APN trouble shooting steps, but my data is still so slow and I know I haven't used that much in only 6 days. I'm not going to call customer again, so if I can't get this issue resolved, I should probably just change carriers. Please help. It's ridiculous!

So I called ST one last time today to see if they could fix this issue since I am not over the 3g and I basically can't do anything regarding internet. The rep put me on hold stating she would just "update" my account. About 10 minutes after I got off the phone with her, I had no internet access at all. I'd had enough. I went directly to MetroPCS and ported my line over to them. For $60 a month, I'll get Unlimited talk, text and internet. And the internet is TRULY unlimited. It doesn't slow down after you reach 3g. It runs the same speed all month regardless of how much you've used. I ran a SPEEDTEST after switching and my downloads went from 0.05 to 11.04, uploads from 0.07 to 2.52. GOODBYE STRAIGHT TALK!! You need to upgrade your service to keep up with these newer phones!!
