I just joined this forum but am not new to forums. I wanted to check out the fun stuff before delving off into more serious stuff and damn....90% or more of the topics under "Ringtones & Downloads" should have been started elsewhere or moved by the moderators.

I didn't say anything about having a problem. I was stating a fact about the lack of having structure on this forum. It is up to the moderators and/or administrators to make sure people are posting under the right topics and if not to move it to where it is more appropriate. This isn't rocket science!
