Straight Talk not ready for prime time

I used Straight talk compatiability web site to see if the Verizon Samsung Galaxy note 11 was compatiable before I bought it...it said that it could be used on Straight talk it also said that the phone needed no sim card...So I purchased it for $250.00 tried to activate it was told that I need the activation kit..so I went to walmart and bought the activation kit ($58.00P/Some tax) tried to activate it again..stayed on the phone and computer for over 3 hours finally was told that they (Straight Talk) was gonna have to send me a sim card..they told me that I would have the sim card within 2 days. well it has been a week and I still have no Phone, No Sim card I have nothing...called Straight Talk this morning and they told me that it was gonna be 5-8 days before I would get a sim card..what kinda company is this..besides They have nobody that can talk English I have to constantly ask them to repeat what they are saying...I guess that I am stuck I have over $300.00 invested into this venture and it is starting the 2nd week and I HAVE NOTHING...I should have my Butt kicked for leaving Page Plus...just my Rant

I have already did the chat thing last week..they are the ones that told me that I would have the sim card in 2 days..turned out to be a joke....Called the number with the ref pin and they said now that it is gonna be 5-8 days before I get a sim card...what a joke...all I want is for my phone to work..
