Re: we're sorry but this device has been blocked for wireless use right that's all that everyone can tell me why do you make so you can put an imei # in and it says that your phone is eligible then you buy the service card and sim card that's non refundable and now no one can help ugh sooo frustrating

could it be the sim card that could possibly be locked blocked or whatever .
