Porting my same number, old cell shut down but I cant dial *22890 on new cell because the screen just displays a welcome screen and the menu button doesnt give me icons. my first android and I looked at instructions but may be missing something?

well, I dont have time to wade thru chat. took an hour to do the porting. Maybe someone has an idea? On why the icons arent showing, just a screen that talks about language and accessibility. I tried the menu button to no avail.
