Hi,
I activated straight talk on unlocked iPhone 4S on July 1st and when purchased service, I was told by straighttalk that I will get 4G service in my area, my previous service provider was ATT and I had 4G all the time.
After getting the service activated, I never saw a 4G service it is alway 3G and straight talk respresentative has no knowledge about the issue. I was told, receiving calls and data plan working for now can't help any further.
Recently (may be one week) I see call issues, when people call me I don't get the ring but caller hears the ring and directs to voicemail. When I make calls, during the conversation either call quality drops suddenly or call itself gets dropped.
Customer servie representatives over the chat and phones are hopeless. I need a way to escalate to the managers, please provide the direct number if any.
