can't download pictures/media

i just figured it out ...'didn't realize i had to open up my mobile data to receive the photos that others wer sending me...thanx.

My Name is Ray,and I am in the same boat here. Haven't had my phone quite as long but timing is right on when it stopped receiving MMS picture text. I have been on the phone with ST for hours trying to fix it. "Call back after 24 hours, Call back if it doesn't work in an hour." Last thing was go to google and see if you can figure it out. SAY WHAT? If anyone has a fix for this please help.

After straight talk reset my phone also now I cannot play video clips sent neither.
Please help

When I am sent photos VIA messaging all that comes trough is a dialog gray box that says download, but when I click it still will not down load. Always before photos just came trough with message No problem.
I have spent hours many different days on phone with straight talk, and all they did was make matters worse now I cannot play video clips sent neither on facebook ,and it is not a fasebook issue, I can play them on other devises.
Please help

i'm having the same issue with my atrix. mms/pictures and multi-recipient messages show up as a dialog box with a prompt to "download" and when i click download it says message not received. thanks for any assistance.
