I did not post five time until now but my problem has been resolved.
Few things I did to facilitate my own need was to
#1 I was NOT in panic mode.
I realized I could not use my messages after my veterinarian called about my cat having surgery. Yeah I was in a tizzy but I took care to call the vet and find out what was happening with my cat BEFORE coming here to resolve the voice messaging issue!!!! Knowing my cat was okay allowed me to focus on getting my issue taken care of -
When I panic , become angry or feel rushed pressured ect . . . my brain does not work right and I become my own worse enemy. I actually get in my own way.
I addressed my issue during a phone need down time, this to helped me remain calm.
I accessed help from my home computer so I was able to manipulate the phone question without cutting myself off from the chat line.
Also customer service here has hours of operation. If you are trying to get help at 2:00am you may not be immediately successful

I can not access the private messages feature as I have under five post but was able to receive a reply from the forum staff. It appeared as a hyperlink by the user control panel really pretty quickly after I posted my first post.
