I have the Unlocked iPhone 4 on iOS 7.0 now and the name of my carrier also changed from HOME to TFW. Do I need to purchase a new SIM to use the "tfdata" without having to manually change the data setting?

I just updated my phone and had my APNs set with the TFDATA. After the update the signal changed from HOME to TFW but my data is slower.
