Why do I have to post 5 reply's in this forum to get an answer? this is stupid. I just want to fix my phone. I never wanted to be a forum poster. I guess if you could get someone who could speak English when you call in, maybe a fix could happen but my conversations always take about 5x longer than necessary because I always have to get the helper to repeat everything about 5x before I can figure out what they are trying to say to me. How about this....Push #1 to get someone who you can understand.

Well, there is no such thing as "unlimited" you must understand that.. but obviously having higher upstream than down is quite a problem :P

I have had excellent luck with straight talk. The only problem I have with the company is the way they want to take the issue offline to solve every problem so you have to pm them when seeing the solution to someone elses problem could possibly solve mine.

I agree with you fatalAlgorithm. I dont understand that they want to solve everything offline on an online forum

other user wont have a clue what actually happened to their issues.

Does Straight Talk really cancel your plan for talking too much? Also, what about using data, does ST do the same thing? Shut off your plan if you use too much data?
