I am having the exact same problem. My phone keeps "seaching for service" and even the date & time are screwed up. It was fine 2 hours ago.

I'm having the same problem. Any suggestions? I've taken the sim card out, I've rebooted the phone countless times. I've swtched airplane mode on and off. I've done everything. No service. It's really frustrating. And obviously a problem, since a lot of other people are having it
I have a Galaxy S3 on an AT&T SIM. Worked fine for 2 months, now this.

Oh right. I forgot you guys don't allow your users to send PMs until you do something with them. You may want to change that poicy, cause it pretty well frustrates people more when you can't get an answer for why their phones aren't working properly.

I attempted to switch one ST phone for another - upgraded to a better phone (purchased at Walmart). I called to have the same number from ST simply switched to a different/new ST phone. The automated (and annoying) auto attendant said the transfer will be made and also said the old phone would not be deactivated until the new one was active. Ha- what a joke. The original/old phone was deactivated almost immediately and the new one is still not active -- 24 hours later. I've called ST four times, got the run-around each time. It's nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone, and when you do get them, their English is so poor it's little more than a futile exercise is utter frustration. And the customer service reps are so unempowered, and poorly trained that all they do is give you the same canned answer over and over -- which DOES NOT resolve the issue. I mean, come on - how many times can you take a battery out, put it back in, now punch in these codes (which are like 60 digits long)... And all this while trying to understand a scratchy overseas phone call and poor English skills. I'm about ready to throw Straight Talk straight into a lake and pay a little more for a phone that actually works and for customer service reps that actually speak English and have the knowledge to SOLVE issues with products!

Im trying to reactivate my phone but it has no bars of reception n when I try to call out it says "no mobile network" my sn# is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx please help me u also can contact me at xxx xxx xxxx or email me xx.xxxxxxxxx@Gmail.com I need help asap
