Can't recieve or send pics from iPhone over frustrated!

I have had straight talk for over 5 months and I have talked to apple AT&T straight talk everybody I can and no one is helping me with this issue!!! HELP I have iPhone 3GS .. I'm sick of the blame game and the runaround
